Personally, I like the look of the Ninja more, but the Psychic fits more into the story. I'd have to go with a Psychic Ninja.

psychic is perfect for it. the ninja should come later and be able to move at the same speed as the main character, and our hero would prevail by watching his surroundings and see what his enemy interacts with.
I was thinking spraying him with a fire extinguisher, or perhaps paint. Mabe footprints...
